As from this day and according to Article 14, paragraph 2 of Decree No. 92-137 of 13 February 1992 (as amended), the information memoranda submitted by negotiable debt securities issuers are available for consultation on the website of the Banque de France.
Updates and, where necessary, French-language summaries are also posted on the website in accordance with Article 12 of Decree No. 92-137 of 13 February 1992 (as amended).
