With the transfer of the legislative component to the Code monétaire et financier, the compilation of "Selected French and Financial Regulations" contains solely those texts established by way of delegated legislation (i.e. statutory instruments, regulations and orders). This new editions comprises non-codified banking and financial provisions, irrespective of their form, ranging from non-codified articles (sections) of acts, decrees taken to execute the principles set out in the General Organisation Acts, regulations and decisions of the Comité de la réglementation bancaire et financière (CRBF), instructions issued by the Commission Bancaire, and letters by the Governor of the Banque de France.
This new edition takes into account recent changes to the legal framework for banking and financial activities. It includes the text of the Comité de la Réglementation Comptable relating to credit institutions and investment firms.
